**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience working within Shopify
- Proficiency with DTC and B2B audience targeting and creative that converts
- Experience with online advertising tools such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Linkedin, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Wal-Mart Marketplace and eBay
- Strong research skills to identify market trends and insights.
- Ability to conduct Conversion Optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
